This is a remote position with flexible hours and opportunities for growth. The role will begin at approximately 10–20 hours per month, with the potential for additional hours and responsibilities over time.

Job Responsibilities:
• Email Customization
• Customize and send monthly emails on behalf of Sales Directors
• Ensure communication is personalized, professional, and aligned with client goals
• Proofread content for accuracy and consistency
• Social Media Management:
• Create celebratory Facebook posts highlighting team wins, milestones, and achievements
• Schedule and organize content as needed
• Maintain brand consistency and attention to detail
• Project Management:
• Manage recurring client tasks and deadlines within Asana
• Monitor assigned projects and ensure timely completion
• Communicate project updates and progress with team members
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate client records and information
• Follow documented processes and standard operating procedures
• Assist with client onboarding and administrative tasks as assigned
• Provide support for special projects and initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
• Team Collaboration:
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Communicate proactively regarding workload, deadlines, and project status
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional client support
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer-facing teams
• Familiarity with Canva, Asana, Project Broadcast, Go HighLevel, Skipio, and Google Workspace
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or administrative assistant

Success in this role includes consistently completing assigned tasks on time, communicating proactively about potential obstacles, and maintaining a high level of reliability for both clients and team members.
Job Compensation:
Compensation is based on availability and client assignments.This position begins at approximately 10–20 hours per month, with opportunities for additional hours and increased responsibilities as the company grows.
