We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our ideas to life.


Position Overview

This role is responsible for creating high-quality graphics, social media content, PDFs, digital resources, and marketing materials for multiple brands and client projects.

The ideal candidate enjoys both creativity and organization. They have a strong eye for design, understand the importance of consistency, and can take an idea, outline, or piece of content and transform it into a polished final product.

This is a production-focused role where accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are just as important as creativity.

While most projects are planned in advance, this role occasionally requires 24–48 hour turnaround times. Successful candidates are able to prioritize effectively, manage their workload, and consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create social media graphics in Canva

• Design monthly content kits and templates

• Create PDFs, guides, workbooks, and lead magnets

• Design promotional graphics for launches, events, and campaigns

• Create marketing materials for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns

• Update existing designs and templates as needed

• Ensure designs align with established brand guidelines

Content Production

• Build monthly content graphics for BHCO membership

• Upload and organize monthly content into membership platform

• Create visual assets for Mini Sites and client projects

• Format content for easy client use and implementation

• Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients and brands

• Review designs for spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracy

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Follow production schedules and established workflows

• Track tasks within project management systems

• Communicate proactively regarding project status and questions

• Collaborate with team members to keep projects moving efficiently

Qualifications

Required

Strong Canva experience

Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to follow brand guidelines and design systems

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Reliable communication and follow-through

Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong proofreading and quality-control skills

• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment where some projects may require a 24–48 hour turnaround time

Preferred

Experience working with direct sales businesses

Familiarity with Go HighLevel, Kajabi, Canva, and Google Workspace

• Basic understanding of marketing and social media strategy

• Experience creating digital products and educational resources

• Experience working with membership sites or online programs

• Short-turnaround projects are completed accurately and on time without sacrificing quality

Hours & Compensation

- Part-time (10-20 hours per month)

- Flexible schedule

- Remote position

- Compensation based on experience ($20/hr - $30/hr)
